JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 186 of 2011 for the offenses under Sections 302, 306, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially the case was registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, however, after investigation the police submitted charge sheet under Sections 306, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband and he has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 27.08.2018. Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances discussed above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand)

No.80675 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S.
