1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 26.11.2024, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 77980 of 2024, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present modification application, along with supplementary

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2298 of 2025(4) dt.21-02-2025 2/3 affidavit, has been filed for modification of the order, dated 26.11.2024. He next submits that inadvertently the name of the husband of the petitioner was typed as Pradeep Kumar instead of Manish Kumar in the bail application inasmuch as supplementary affidavit annexed in the modification application along with the documentary proof viz Aadhar Card, Residence Certificate, insurance certificate, etc. showing the correct name of the petitioner's husband as Manish Kumar instead of Pradeep Kumar has been attached. Accordingly, he further prays that time granted by this Court to surrender and furnish bail bond be extended by further two weeks.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the name of the petitioner's husband be corrected and read as Manish Kumar and time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 26.11.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77980 of 2024, be extended by further two weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 2,000/- in the account
