The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 114, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, no specific allegation is attributed to the petitioner rather the specific allegation is levelled against the co-accused who is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 26.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79933 of 2019(2) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 229 of 2019.
