2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) , 32 (3) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment ) Act 2022 . 3 . As per prosecution case , 270 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the pick up van bearing registration No. WB73D-9040. Co-accused persons were apprehended on the spot who disclosed the name of petitioner who succeeded in fleeing away from the spot.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
