1. The counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali is taken on record.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

3. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad, learned A.P.P. for the State submits that counter affidavit is being filed on behalf of the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali. It is further submitted that the victim has been recovered and she has not supported the case of the prosecution. It is next submitted that petitioners are mother and Bhabhi of Md. Sazad Ansari against whom it was

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the informant in order to coerce Sazad Ansari into submission had falsely implicated his entire family members.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Goroul P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
