The present modification application has been filed for making correction in the order dated 10.05.2019 passed in CWJC No. 953 of 2019, wherein it has been recorded as 'Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018' instead of 'Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018'.

The order dated 10.05.2019 passed in CWJC No. 953 of 2019 (Mohammad Shakir Vs. The State of Bihar & anr.) is

Patna High Court MJC No.5024 of 2019(3) dt.21-12-2019 2/2 modified to the extent that let it be read as "Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018" instead of Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018.

With the aforesaid modification, the present application stands disposed of.
