JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chouri P.S. Case No. 103 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that on the basis of forged certificate, she got herself appointed as Aanganbadi Sevika.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that at the instance of one co-teacher, she has falsely been implicated in this case by the C.D.P.O. without verification of certificates.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

No.6923 of 2019(4) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 circumstances of the case as stated above, let petitioner surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender she will be released on provisional bail by the court below to his own satisfaction till submission of charge-sheet with condition that she will produce all the documents before the Investigating Officer to examine the same and even after the investigation if charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner and finding the case true, she should surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of materials available at that time.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
