2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 80 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 337, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the prosecution side.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner is in jail since 13.07.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1951 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaudhi, Patna in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 80 of 2023.
