Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sabour P.S.Case No.76 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner no.1 is that he fired on the informant causing injury on his head and there is allegation against the petitioner no.2 that he assaulted by Danda to the nephew of the informant . Petitioners are named in the FIR.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80291 of 2019(2) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that Title Suit is going on between the parties and no fire arm injury was found on the person of the informant and others, which will appear from the impugned order.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S.Case no.76 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
