2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

"A. For directing the Respondent Authorities especially the Circle Officer, Danapur to issue Rent Receipt to the Petitioners with respect to the land recorded under Khata

Patna High Court CWJC No.161 of 2024(2) dt.29-03-2024 2/3 No.210, Plot No.1615, Holding No.22 situated at Mauza Danapur Shahjadpur, P.S. Danapur, Present Thana Rupaspur, P.S. No.21, Tauzi No.5399, Circle - Danapur within the District - Patna which is a purchased property of the mother of the Petitioner No.1 through Registered Sale Deed dated 14.04.1987 for which Jamabandi No.2168 was created in her favour."

B. For directing the Respondent No.2 the Principal Secretary, Revenue & Land Reforms Department, Bihar, Patna to take proper steps or to pass proper Order for investigation of the matter as to why the Rent Receipts are not being issued in favour of the Petitioner with respect to their undisputed purchased property and a proper, legal and suitable action may be taken against the persons who are manipulating / tampering of the Revenue Records in connivance with Land Mafia and if he found that illegal Jamabandi has been created or wrongly the Area of Jamabandi has been deducted then a proper legal proceeding may be initiated as provided under the law.

D. For grant of any other relief or reliefs in view of the facts and circumstances of the case for which the petitioner is entitled to."

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he has preferred representation before the Circle Officer, Danapur, Patna, on 21.11.2023 (Annexure-5 series) and he would like the same to be disposed of.

3. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the Circle Officer, Danapur, Patna, to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 21.11.2023 (Annexure-5 series) within a period of three months from the date, the copy of the order is produced before him.
