Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 262.500 litre of illicit liquor from his vehicles. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85612 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 dirty village politics as he is Mukhiya.

Since, there is allegation of recovery of illicit liquor from the possession of petitioner, anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
