The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 460 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 506, 341, 323, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the total due amount has been paid and the matter has been settled between the parties.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
