JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and others is of assault to the informant and others causing injury to them. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and injuries were received in petitioners' side also. Further, they have no criminal antecedents.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1417 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-IV Saran at Chapra, in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
