Having regard to the fact that the only prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for disposal of the application made by the petitioner dated 07.02.2022 vide (Annexure-P/2) for arms license before the respondent No. 5 herein (i.e., the District Arms Magistrate, Muzaffarpur). The present CWJC is disposed of directing the respondent No. 5 herein to dispose of the said application as expeditiously as
