2. It is the petitioner's grievance that she was selected as an Anganbari Sevika at a Center under Panchayat Raj Dadhawari at Bishpatti, P.S. Sursand in the District of Sitamarhi. It is her case that she has been illegally removed from the said post by an order of the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi dated 21.12.2018 on an application filed by respondent No.7. Against the said order dated 21.12.2018, the petitioner has filed appeal before the Collector, Sitamarhi, which has given rise to Appeal Case No. 11 of 2019 on 18.01.2019.

Patna High Court CWJC No.219 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 She has a grievance that till date her appeal has not been disposed of.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Sitamarhi to dispose of said Appeal Case No. 11 of 2019, if not already disposed of, within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
