Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The matter is of love affair. The girl in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has not alleged anything against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79923 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Siwan in connection with Jiradei P.S. Case No. 112 fo 2019.
