2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 06.09.2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar in Maintenance Case No. 111/2023 whereby and whereunder the learned Principal Judge, Family Court directed the petitioner to pay ad-interim maintenance amount of Rs.12,000/- per month to the respondent on or before 10th day of each calendar month til the disposal of the application for interim maintenance.
4. Apparently, the petitioner has approached this Court at a very premature stage. When the orders are yet to be passed in the interim application of the respondent seeking maintenance, the
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.104 of 2025 dt.29-07-2025 2/2 petitioner rushing to this Court in due haste is beyond comprehension.
5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that application for interim maintenance has been disposed of.
6. This is not a pleasant situation. When the application for interim maintenance has already been disposed of, nothing remains in the matter and the petitioner cannot maintain the present civil miscellaneous petition.
7. In these circumstances, I do not find any merit in the present civil miscellaneous petition and, hence, the same is dismissed.
