Case No. 591 of 2019, dated 04.07.2019, instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

A loaded country made pistol and a live cartridge is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was earlier made an accused in one case in which he is stated to be on bail.
