The petitioner, who is the president of Belwan PACS of Daud Nagar Block, is in custody since 19.10.2019 in connection with Daud Nagar P.S. Case No. 304 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 420 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegations were made against him, the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs. 7 lacs and undertakes to deposit the rest amount of Rs. 11,91,902.22/- and that the aforementioned amount would be deposited in regular installments by the petitioner if he has been extended the privilege of regular bail.

No.81348 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 Considering the aforementioned undertaking given by the petitioner in this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Daud Nagar P.S. Case No. 304 of 2018. It is made clear that the petitioner shall deposit the aforementioned amount of Rs. 11,91,902.22/- within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The aforementioned amount shall be paid by the petitioner in four (4) equal installments within the aforesaid period and deposited in the court below. In case, two consecutive installments are not deposited, it shall be open to the Court below to take appropriate steps towards cancellation of the order of the bail passed today.
