2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 34 of IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3 . As per F.I.R. informant alleged that on 12.10.2023 , all the accused persons including this petitioner along with two unknown persons came and then co-accused Kalyan Kishore and Kaushal Kishor fired upon father of informant and during course of treatment he died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence . As per F.I.R. specific accusation of causing fire arm injury is against co-accused Kalyan Kishore and Kaushal Kishor.

Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2025 . 5 . Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case , this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 256 of 2023 , on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM Rosera DistrictSamastipur.
