ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.143C of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband. It is further submitted that the petitioner is willing and ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity and there shall be no recurrence of any untoward act causing mental torture to Opposite Party No.2.
