JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Lodipur P. S. Case No. 124 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioners are named in the F.I.R. but the specific allegation against the other accused persons of assault. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against these petitioners. They are ladies.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

No.83429 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur, in connection with Lodipur P. S. Case No. 124 of 2019.
