2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Konch P.S.Case No. 388 of 2024.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with another co-accused person was found involved in storing the illegal weapons/arms for orchestrating illegal activities.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Vijay Sao @ Mukhiya Jee @ Vijay Sao Mukhiya from whose house one country-made pistol, three live cartridges, one rifle and 20 bullets were recovered, has been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9329 of 2025(4) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 1323 of 2025 under order dated 08.04.2025. So far as the petitioner is concerned, nothing has been recovered from his possession and except his confessional statement, there is nothing against him. He is in custody since 18.09.2024 and his case stands on better footing than that of the said co-accused Vijay Sao @ Mukhiya Jee @ Vijay Sao Mukhiya.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VIII, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S.Case No. 388 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
