ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-07-2023 Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that the petitioner has an alternative and effective remedy of approaching the Divisional Commissioner by way of complaint, if he has any grievance against the impugned order. Learned counsel for the respondents has brought on record the notification issued under Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Second Amendment Order, 2022. Having regard to the same, the petitioner is directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.25675 of 2019(4) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 approach the Divisional Commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order by way of complaint with all relevant documents, on such complaint which file the Divisional Commissioner shall pass necessary orders strictly on merits.

It is needless to mention that before passing any orders the Divisional Commissioner shall put the petitioner on notice and give him opportunity of hearing and entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months. With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed off.
