The present application has been filed for restoration of LPA No. 1324 of 2017 which was dismissed on 30.4.2018 for non-compliance of the order dated 23.4.2018.

It has been stated in this application that by mistake, the defect could not be removed and learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defect within a period of two weeks after Diwali holidays.
