The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 326, 307, 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation of commission of assault is against some other co-accused. Petitioner is a female and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
