2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2018 . 3 . Prosecution case is that 48 liters country made liquor were recovered from tempo of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5 . Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from the tempo of which petitioner is registered owner.

6. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89458 of 2024(3) dt.28-01-2025 2/2 huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from the vehicle of which petitioner is registered owner, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
