JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-03-2024 This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail as earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 23.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27043 of 2023.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State Shri Madan Kumar.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudhni P.S. Case No. 366 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The petitioner has a long list of 23 criminal antecedents and a report was called from the District Judge, Muzaffarpur with regard to the present stage of trial of all the cases pending against the petitioner.

5. The report been received and upon perusal of the same, it is clear that the trial of the petitioner is proceeding in all cases.

6. Since the trial is proceeding in all the cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
