2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 109, 308(2), 308(5) and 39(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons fired upon informant. It is further alleged that on 10.09.2024, ransom of Rs. 2 lacs was demanded from informant through Whatsapp No. 9608654619 by this petitioner on mobile No. 9241156046.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that petitioner has got four criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90141 of 2024(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
