2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 61 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353 and 307 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. From perusal of paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition, it is evident that the petitioner has four criminal antecedents, however, from perusal of paragraph no. 46 of the case diary, it appears that the petitioner has antecedents of seven cases.

4. In view of the suppression made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the bail application stands dismissed.

5. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh bail application bringing on record the entire criminal
