Patna High Court CWJC No.25136 of 2019(2) dt.16-12-2019 2/2 "For a direction to the respondents authorities to follow the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court of India for investigating cases of missing children as laid down in a W.P. No. 74/2013 and further to comply with the guidelines of the Central Govt. and also to comply with the Standard Operating Procedure as framed by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Govt. of India relating to missing children in consonance with Article 14, 21 and 23 of the Constitution of India."

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to file fresh petition for the same and subsequent cause of action, if so required.

Permission granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
