2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., petitioners alongwith other coaccused persons, having armed with various weapons, attacked the son and daughter-in-law of the informant and caused them several injuries. Doctor has found simple injuries. There is case and counter case. Petitioner no. 1 to 5 have got one criminal antecedent, in which, they are on bail, whereas, petitioner no. 6 to 15 have got clean antecedent.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Mohania, Kaimur, Bhabua in connection
