2. The present review petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for reviewing the order dated 06.05.2013 passed in CWJC No. 16327 of 2006 by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Birendra Prasad Verma (as

Patna High Court C. REV. No.201 of 2018(11) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 his lordship then was)."

3. The writ Court in CWJC No. 16327 of 2006 vide an order dated 06.05.2013 simply wanted the review petitioner, Nagar Parishad, Dehri (Rohtas) to take a decision on the writ petitioners' case.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to act in accordance with law.

5. Learned counsel representing the opposite party submits that the said liberty is always available to the concerned officials much less the Nagar Parishad.

6. Granting said liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, the review petition stands disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
