1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. For commanding the state respondents to grant the petitioner 3rd MACP with effect from 01/09/20 in view of guidelines contained in Bihar State Employee Service Condition Scheme 2010 and consequent thereto recommendation made by the competent authority vide letter no.1123 dated 10/09/21 as contained in Annexure P/8, with respect to grant of MACP with effect from 01/09/20. ii. Also commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Administrative/Accounts Officer as the name of the petitioner stands at serial no.38 in the office order

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director, Animal and Fisheries Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Director, Animal and Fisheries Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
