2. This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.03.2016 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Gopalganj in Trial No. 291 of 2018, arising out of Complaint Case No. 3276 of 2015.
3. Vide order dated 10.02.2026, a report regarding present status of case was called for and the same was sent vide Letter No. 33 dated 18.03.2026 by the learned Trial Court. As per the said report of the learned Trial Court, it is stated that Trial No. 291 of 2018, arising out of Complaint Case No. 3276
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43385 of 2018(3) dt.16-06-2026 2/2 of 2015 has already been disposed of in National Lok Adalat on 13.07.2024.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of as it has become infructuous.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
