Patna High Court CWJC No.13712 of 2018(3) dt.19-04-2019 2/3 This writ application has been filed, seeking a direction to the Circle Officer, Jamalpur Block, Munger, to dispose of Measurement Case No. 69/16-17 for measurement of the land, which belongs to the petitioner and has been encroached upon by the persons having lands adjacent to the petitioner's land.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ application, the Circle Officer has completed the work of measurement. He further submits that the measurement has been done behind his back, as he was not available in the village concerned, where the land is located.

It is manifest from the writ application that the petitioner's grievance was against the inaction of the Circle Officer in not measuring his land. That grievance has been redressed after measurement having already been done by the Circle Officer.

If the petitioner has still a grievance that the measurement is incorrect, which has been done

Patna High Court CWJC No.13712 of 2018(3) dt.19-04-2019 3/3 behind his back, he shall have liberty to approach appropriate authority/court for establishing his right, title and interest of his claim.

This writ application is accordingly disposed of.
