Mr.Kameshwar Kumar -Gp17 For the Respondent Zila Parishad:Mr. Nikesh Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-06-2020 The petitioner has put to challenge an order dated 27.06.2018, issued under the signature of Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Khagaria, whereby he has been transferred as an Assistant Teacher from +2 High School Bhadas to High School, Salarpur in the same district of Khagaria.

The competence of the authority, who has issued the transfer order, is not under challenge. The petitioner has already joined his place of posting.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court CWJC No.14118 of 2018(4) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 the impugned order has been issued without giving the petitioner any opportunity of hearing or service of any notice. In the matters of transfer, no show cause notice is required nor any hearing is needed as an order of transfer cannot be said to be having adverse civil consequences. Considering the above, I do not find any merit in this application.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
