2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 30(a), 32, 41 and 47 of Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 60 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from a Scooty.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case by local police. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the seized scooty. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 2, Katihar, in connection with Katihar Nagar P.S.
