2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 144 of 2022 arising out of Sarmera P.S. Case No. 163 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others have killed the deceased for dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 01.09.2021.

5. From the post-mortem report, it appears that the deceased has been brutally killed and there are ante-mortem

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
