2. This is the 2nd attempt on behalf of the petitioner for regular bail in connection with Agiaon (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 71 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 120B/34 of the IPC.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 11127 of 2024 on 18.04.2024.

4. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is in jail since 21.06.2023.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Birendra Kumar that out of five charge-sheeted witnesses, three witnesses have been examined and none of

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-8, Ara/concerned Court below in connection with Agiaon (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 71 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and noncooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
