JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Modification application has been filed to modify order dated 16.10.2019, passed by this Court in Cr.Mis.No. 44991 of 2019 by which the petitioner has been granted the regular bail in PS. Case No.-343 Year-2018 Thana- ARWAL District- Jehanabad.

It appears that in the cause title of the said order, description of the petitioner has been mentioned as the resident of village Mandhari, Police Station Chauri, District Arwal in place of Village Andhari, P.S.- Chauri, Distt - Bhojpur, and due to said discrepancy, the petitioner is not being able to furnish the bail bonds in the court below.

In view of the above, let the village Mandhari, Police Station Chauri, District Arwal mentioned in the cause title of the aforesaid order be read as Village Andhari, P.S.- Chauri, Distt - Bhojpur.

Order dated 16.10.2019 is corrected to that extent only.

Modification application stands disposed of.
