2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that victim had eloped with the petitioner and gone to Punjab and stayed there with the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 05.07.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4390 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Purnea/concerned Court below in connection with Spl. POCSO Case No. 139 of 2023 arising out of Barhara P.S. Case No. 199 of 2021.
