No. 343 of 2018 dated 30.12.2018 registered at Police Station Arwal, District-Jehanabad under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

Learned counsel for the State states that no unnecessary adjournment shall be sought for in examining the witnesses. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present petition.
