The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.149 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner has been selling SIM cards to cyber frauds on the basis of forged and fabricated documents. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
