2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 809/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 356/382 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown persons riding on a motorcycle snatched the chain from the victim and fled away. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner and other criminals had snatched the chain and the chain has been recovered from the co-accused Raju Kumar. There is no recovery from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedents, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, IX, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 809/2023.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Gandhi Maidan P.S. on every Sunday of the month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
