2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2023 lodged on 18.03.2023 under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 474, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prayer for bail of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 29.11.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 74937/2023 granting liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge has already been framed on 12.12.2023 and evidence of prosecution witness has been started.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the informant has handed over his hard-earned money on false assurance.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the informant himself is ready to pay the money for illegal work.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhepura, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
