Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 350 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

Case No. 350 of 2019.
