2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504/34 registered in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul O.P.) P.S.Case No. 482 of 2012.
3. At the outset itself this Court takes note that the FIR has been instituted as far back as in the year 2012 an the petitioner has not shown any case for apprehension of arrest at this stage.
4. This Court therefore, is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
