JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Maker P.S. Case No.182 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 188, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) & 37(b) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

As per the F.I.R., police raided at village Murhiya Diyar where illegal wine were being prepared, seeing the police petitioners along with accused persons started fleeing away. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is

Heard learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
