2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(b), 328 and 34 of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84283 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2025 2/3 Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the allegation, the daughter of the informant was married to co-accused Md. Wajid. On 16.02.2024, the informant received an information that the accused persons forcibly administered insecticide to his daughter. When the informant went there, he saw his daughter in unconscious state. Anjum Ara, the mother-in-law of the deceased, apprised the informant that the deceased had consumed poison but according to the informant, this was not a fact and Anjum Ara, in order to save her skin, had given false statement. During course of treatment in Maurya Hospital, the deceased died.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. The petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased, having no concern with day-today affairs of the couple. It has further been submitted that none of the five witnesses including the informant who have examined during the trial has supported the prosecution case.
5. The certified copy of deposition of the informant is annexed with the record which shows that the informant did not support the prosecution case.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.84283 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2025 3/3 circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
